Is RUST FREE, ALPHA Stainless Steel Shot is made to 304LStainless Steel specification.

Has a very SPHERICAL morphology, it work-hardens to +- 45HRc in operation, leaving an aesthetically pleasing surface finish.

It has a HIGH DURABILITY and results in a cost effective blasting operation.

The MAIN APPLICATIONS are the Cleaning, De-burring, Surface Preparation and Finishing of:

Stainless Steel Shot - Sigma Alpha α

Sigma ALPHA is specifically manufactured to obtain a highly spherical Stainless Steel Shot. The product is a cost effective alternative to other Stainless Steel blasting medias but does not compromise on quality.
The unique production process allows not only the manufacture of standard size ranges but also allows the manufacture of special request size ranges.
